Great Taste wins for Brand and Dodger

Dodger Jam, based in Haddington, whose jams and marmalade are made by hand in small batches, received recognition for its Seville orange marmalade.

The Brand Family Larder in East Fortune, which not only markets the farm’s own lamb, pork and eggs but also runs a well-stocked and popular farm shop, was given an award for its saddleback pork rack.

Great Taste is described as ‘the largest and most trusted food and drink accreditation scheme’. In its judging process, products are blind-tasted by selected chefs, cooks, buyers, retailers, restaurateurs, food critics and writers.
