Celebrating the food of the Lowlands

Producers from the Scottish Borders, Dumfries & Galloway, Lanarkshire, Ayrshire, Arran, and East Lothian were on show, aiming to attract interest from over 100 quality local, regional, and national buyers from Scotland and the North of England who tasted and experienced the exceptional ingredients in the room.

Among the suppliers present were East Lothian Food & Drink members By Julia and Dodger Jam.

The event also included demonstrations from some of the region’s top chefs, among them David Jamieson, East Lothian’s Food Tourism Ambassador and executive head chef at Archerfield Estate, on of our newest supporter members.
