Set within the beautiful surroundings of Papple Steading, Festival brings together artisan producers, chefs, makers, buyers and visitors for a weekend filled with delicious food, inspiring stories and unforgettable experiences. Whether you’re looking to discover new local producers, meet the makers, enjoy demonstrations and tastings, or simply spend a wonderful day out in East Lothian, Festival offers something for everyone.

Monday 21 September – Trade & Buyer Day
Monday is dedicated to the food, drink, hospitality and tourism industries, welcoming:

- Travel trade
- Destination organisations
The day focuses on creating valuable commercial connections between producers and buyers while showcasing the very best of Scottish food and drink.

Alongside the festival, visitors can enjoy a series of exclusive ticketed experiences hosted by some of East Lothian’s leading food and drink experts. Experiences include:
Beyond Port & Stilton with The Cheese Lady, Svetlana and Richard from L’Art du Vin
Discover unexpected and delicious food pairings while exploring how port can complement a range of artisan Scottish cheeses and local produce.
Company Bakery Masterclass
Go behind the scenes with the award-winning Company Bakery and discover the science and craft of fermentation, sourdough and artisan bread making through an engaging tasting and masterclass.
Glenkinchie Whisky Experience
Explore the flavours and heritage of one of Scotland’s renowned Lowland whiskies with a guided tasting showcasing Glenkinchie’s distinctive character.
Seilich Tea Blending Workshop with Dr Sally Gouldstone
Learn about Scottish botanicals while creating your own bespoke tea blend. This relaxing, hands-on experience explores flavour, aroma and the remarkable plants growing around us.
